Training Faculty

Job description Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led sessions (online & offline) in areas such as digital marketing, CRM, Adobe Experience Cloud, ecommerce platforms (e.g. Magento/Salesforce), and emerging martech tools. Translate complex concepts into learner-friendly formats using real-world use cases and interactive teaching methods. Develop or adapt training content in collaboration with our CoE leads. Mentor, coach, and assess students, providing structured feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate training records including attendance, performance, and feedback. Requirements Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields. 1\u20133 years of teaching or corporate training experience preferred. Exposure to Martech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Hubspot) is a strong advantage. Strong communication, empathy, and learner-centric mindset. Willingness to continuously upskill.
