Job description Roles and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales. Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify new business opportunities. Follow up with existing clients to maintain relationships and increase sales volume. Manage incoming calls, respond promptly, and resolve customer queries efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing industry. Bachelor's degree (B.Com) or equivalent qualification required. Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers. Proficiency in English language for clear understanding of product offerings.
