Account Executive

Job description Job Title: Executive -Accounts Department: Finance Location: Bhora Kalan, Bilaspur Pataudi Road, Gurgaon (local candidate will be given preference) Reporting To: Manager - Finance Role & responsibilities Process accounts payable (AP) by receiving, verifying, and coding invoices; schedule payments via checks, ACH, or wires; reconcile vendor statements. Manage internal expenses, including reviewing employee reimbursements, expense reports, and ensuring proper approvals and budget adherence. Handle petty cash by disbursing funds, recording transactions, reconciling balances regularly, and replenishing as needed.
