Qualifications: Educational Background: Diploma in Dairy/Food Technology, B.Sc. in Chemistry is preferred or any graduation. Experience: Prior experience in milk testing or laboratory work preferred, but not mandatory. Technical Skills: o Familiarity with milk testing techniques and equipment. o Knowledge of dairy safety standards and protocols. Skills and Attributes: o Strong analytical and observational skills. o Proficiency in maintaining documentation. o Effective communication skills in the local language. o Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Working Conditions: o Environment: Work primarily at the BMC, managing milk from collection to storage. o Timings: Must be available during milk procurement hours.
