Market Feedback: Gather feedback from retailers and distributors on pricing, promotions, competitor activity, and product acceptance. Modern Trade (MT): Store Management: Work closely with key accounts, supermarkets, and hypermarkets to drive sales and ensure product visibility. Planogram Compliance: Ensure the brands products are displayed according to planogram guidelines and that promotional displays are set up correctly. Stock Management: Monitor stock levels in stores, coordinating with supply chain and merchandising teams to avoid out-of-stock situations. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and category managers to ensure smooth operations. Promotions & Activations: Implement promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and other initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Growth in the number of active retailers and stores.
