Key Responsibilities Product Ownership Innovation Own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal products and platforms used by security and risk teams Identify inefficiencies and translate them into clear product problem statements and roadmap Define measurable outcomes such as productivity gains, cost reduction, and decision-quality improvement Automation Solution Prototyping Build proof-of-concepts and MVPs using Python for automation, data processing, and integrations Design workflow automations that reduce manual effort across large operational teams Integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a bridge between business users, security teams, and engineering Work with senior stakeholders to prioritise initiatives based on impact and feasibility Partner with internal platform teams and external vendors to evaluate emerging technologies Core Experience (Updated) 6 10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Automation, Product Management or Innovation roles Background in technology-led problem solving within large, complex organisations Prior exposure to risk, compliance, security, or regulated environments is beneficial but not mandatory Use of AI in all of the above Technical Functional SkillsTechnical Skills Hands-on Python and SQL experience for scripting, automation, data manipulation, and API integrations Experience working with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, or internal tooling ecosystems Comfort with modern development practices and iterative delivery AI Prompt Engineering Practical experience working with LLMs and GenAI platforms Strong prompt engineering skills, including: Structured and multi-step prompting Prompt optimisation for consistency and accuracy Techniques to validate and control AI outputs Ability to translate AI capabilities into real business value Product Mindset Strong product thinking: user empathy, prioritisation, and outcome-focused execution Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and convert ideas into shipped solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field Graduation from a reputed institute (IITs, NITs, IISc, IIITs, top global universities, or equivalent premier institutions) is strongly preferred Preferred Strong experience building or owning internal enterprise products or platforms Design, test, and optimise prompts for LLM-based enterprise use cases Develop AI-assisted tools such as: Decision-support copilot Intelligent summarisation and insights generation Workflow orchestration using GenAI Establish prompt standards, evaluation methods, and usage guardrails Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
