Job description Roles & Responsibilities of Executive - Industrial Relations 1. To cater to the requirements of managing the Human Resource in the Group within the framework of the values, policies, rules & regulations of the Company. 2. To conceptualize, formulate, implement HR Policies. 3. To create an optimum balance of harmony between the management & staff. 4. To strive and achieve a state of good employee morale. 5. To practice transparency in implementation of HR Policies. 6. To demonstrate genuine care of the manpower compliment. 7. To lend support in maintaining a good standard of discipline in the factory. 8. To ensure proper compliance of various obligations under various Labour Laws as applicable to the factory. 9. To monitor and facilitate compliance of all applicable statutory obligations under various other laws 10. To look after general administration & security of the plant. 11. To keep the management informed about all relevant events and provide information through regular MIS. 12. To represent the management on statutory matters relating to applicable Labour Laws before the concerned authorities as and when required. 13. To liaise with the local authorities and administration officials including police department. 14. To be an active and effective interface between the employees and the management on all employee related issues. 15. To advise the management on the best HR practices within the framework of the companies beliefs, values and objectives. 16. To play a supporting role in facilitating smooth functioning of the administrative machinery of the factory.
