As Director, UX & Accessibility, Target in India, the role is responsible for leading a set of capabilities like UX, UX Research and Accessibility to deliver guest-centric world-class digital experiences for Target. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Define and implement Product Design and Design Thinking across a diverse team of user experience, accessibility and design specialists to create working teams and on-time deliverables for all product and non-product initiatives Establish workflows for the integration of strategy, design, accessibility and user experience in all guest experiences Establish and execute enterprise UX governance model, including creation and maintenance of standards, such as reusable frameworks, styles and patterns. Refine and implement robust style guides and pattern libraries for internal and external use that extend the defined strategy of the product design team Lead all product design operational practices, including UX processes, rapid prototyping/prototyping methodologies, UX research, tools and documentation. Lead product design deliverables related to the Target digital guest experience, including sitemaps, user/task flows, conceptual design, prototyping, wireframes, information architecture, interaction design, design specifications and UX research. Influence the business strategy and experience creation by representing the voice of the guest and by providing insight regarding best practices and current industry standards in digital experience planning, brainstorming, requirements and assessment forums. Seek, analyze, apply and advocate for guest insights to inform and shape digital guest experiences. Understand and inform the overall digital experience portfolio and project workflows and how UX tasks fit into each. Actively prioritize, manage and oversee UX team activities. Surface risks and interdependencies within portfolio, projects and systems and work with partners to identify and implement plausible solutions/contingency plans. Role overview As a Sr. Product Manager, you will work closely with Roundel s Product leadership and key stakeholders to define the overall strategic vision for your product and build teams, are accountable for the creation and execution of the product roadmap that will deliver against identified business outcomes and metrics (OKRs), articulate the short- and long-term product goals and align with key build partners and business stakeholders. This role has a strong external looking facet where in you will be required to identify emerging trends within the RMN (Retail Media Network) measurement space, be up-to-date on competitor offerings, propose meaningful partnership opportunities, anticipate impact of changes within the broader adtech space to your products and build it within the delivery roadmap.
