The role involves conducting thorough Pre-Delivery Quality Inspections (PDQI) of completed residential or commercial properties to ensure construction quality, adherence to standards, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and reporting finishing-level defects using high-tech tools and checklists. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of finished properties, including walls, ceilings, flooring, tiling, paint, doors, windows, plumbing, and sanitary fittings. Identify defects, poor workmanship, or material issues in finishing and final-fit-out stages. Use digital tools (e.g., PropChks proprietary snagging software) to document and report issues with photographic evidence. Liaise with homeowners to explain inspection findings. Prepare and deliver clear, structured inspection reports with actionable recommendations. Ensure re-inspections are done to cross check the given inspected points. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. BOQ (Bill of quantities) audit of post interiors. Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) 25 years of hands-on experience in site execution, finishing works, or quality control (preferably residential/commercial high-rise projects). Strong attention to detail and ability to identify snagging and de-snagging issues. Familiarity with tools like SnagR, AutoCAD, Google Sheets, etc., is a plus.
