This role is more of a hands-on Development Manager who will have the total accountability and responsibility for delivering with highest quality (minimum defect leakage and density) and within the said cost/time. Good and hands-on knowledge of Agile adoption (concept of delivering MVP) is mandatory. Good to have handled atleast 2 eCOM or e-Portal development projects including it s deployment and maintenance. Additional knowledge of delivering multi-platform mobile apps is an advantage. Good to have working experience in US, UK or Europe for atleast 2 years (should have stayed onsite for extended period). Highly assertive and ability to drive the onsite teams to seek information or clarification. Self-Managed and highly independent. Healthcare or life science domain will be highly preferred.
