VlS Sourcing is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Human Resource professional to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring effective management of our most valuable asset – our people.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Administer employee benefits programs and maintain employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to promote employee growth and performance.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes that may impact the organization.
- Assist in performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and staff.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making and improve HR strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a sourcing or procurement environment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
