Designation: Specialist - Forwarding Finance - Global Service Centre Base Location: Navi Mumbai Reporting to: Asst. Manager -Finance-Freight Forwarding Key Role Responsibilities: Global Intercompany Reconciliation Perform monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances and transactions across global Freight Forwarding entities using Oracle/other system reports for GSC supported entities. Perform intercompany reconciliations between GSC supported entities and other intercompany counterparts on a monthly and ad hoc basis. Investigate and resolve intercompany mismatches, unreconciled balances, and aged open items. Coordinate with GSC Finance teams, Regional Finance teams, and intercompany counterparties to ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
