Job description Non-IT Recruiter - Engineering/ Manufacturing industry Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 2 - 3 years Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing / Automotive / Logistics Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering and manufacturing roles. This position requires a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and the ability to source, screen, and hire top talent efficiently. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Job Posting & Advertising: Create compelling job postings and manage their distribution across various platforms. Candidate Management: Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business needs. Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform recruitment strategies. Onboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 2 - 3 years in non-IT recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing, engineering, or automotive sectors. Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications Industry Knowledge: Experience in bulk hiring, blue-collar and white-collar workforce recruitment. Compliance: Familiarity with labor laws and hiring compliance. Employer Branding: Experience with workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
