Job description We at Marquardt India are hiring for QRE - Customer Complaint role at Pune location. Role & Responsibilities: Partner to the customer in all quality aspects - Communicate quality problems to the customer and start necessary measures and actions immediately and check effectiveness of the corrective action process - Perform ICA at Customer end - Quality meeting at customer - Customer communication - Customer PPM monitoring - Warranty meetings with OEMs - Settlement of warranty parts & cost - Visit to dealers for attend live cases, if required Mandatory Skills: -Technical education (diploma, BE) in electronics or mechatronics -Experience in handling of customer complaints (problem solving methods, 8D reports) -Education/knowledge about quality processes mandatory -Experience with automotive customers -Good English knowledge Desired Skills: -Core knowledge of electronic circuits and components -Core knowledge on CAN case and CAN communication in vehicle - Knowledge on 7QC tools/Why-Why Analysis/8D methodology Please note- Candidate should be from electronics background and should have automotive experience.
