Role Overview As a Cost Estimator, you will be trained to evaluate, quantify, and adjudicate UK building projects using our industry-leading, in-house developed software systems. Key Details Training Phase Pune, India Location: Technical Services Centre, Fountainhead, Phoenix Market City, Pune Salary: 75,000/month Post-Training – Manchester, UK Role: Full-time UK-based Cost Estimator Visa: 5-Year UK Work Visa sponsored by the company Starting Salary: £34,500 GBP / 3,400,000 INR per annum Requirements Fluency in English: Both written and spoken Minimum Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering (Degree essential for UK visa eligibility) Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Cost Estimator Skills: Strong communication and computer proficiency Personal Attributes: Diligent, self-motivated, professional Why Join Us?
