Job description Identify and acquire new franchisees for the region. Build relationships with potential franchisees and convert leads into sales. Conduct market research to identify potential franchise locations and assess market demand. Analyze competition, market trends, and customer needs to inform franchise acquisition strategies. Ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees, including training, support, and guidance. Monitor franchisee performance and provide coaching and support to ensure success. Develop and implement regional growth strategies to expand the franchise network. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and expansion. Provide regular reports to senior management on regional performance and growth.
