Job description Roles and Responsibilities Manage training programs from planning to execution, ensuring effective delivery and impact on business objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions. Design and deliver process training, soft skills training, product training, and team handling sessions for clients. Conduct training analysis to measure program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training into organizational processes. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry or similar field. Strong understanding of TNA (Training Needs Analysis), TTT (Train the Trainer), OJT (On-the-job Training), TNI (Training Need Identification). Excellent communication skills with ability to handle diverse groups effectively.
