Job description Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals). Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, background verification, and pre-joining formalities. Facilitate new hire orientation and induction programs in collaboration with relevant departments.
