Job description The ideal candidate will handle daily outbound calls, follow-up calls & consultations, providing tailored guidance on the courses offered by our University/Institute. This role requires empathy, active listening, a drive to achieve weekly & monthly conversion. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Sales Experience: Proven experience in BPO sales or a related field. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve client issues. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills.
