Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in taxation, with a strong background in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage last-mile labor law payroll and establishment compliance for large organizations. Conduct vendor audits for contract labour engaged by clients as principal employers. Handle inspections conducted by Provident Fund/labor authorities. Provide services across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements. Deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex problems. Collaborate with market-leading entrepreneurs, game-changers, disruptors, and visionaries. ### Job Requirements Deep technical knowledge of various central and state labour laws/rules, compliance requirements, notifications, and circulars. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems. Ability to work collaboratively to provide services across multiple client departments. Strong understanding of technology tools available for managing labour law compliance. Experience in obtaining registrations/licenses under Factories Act, Shops and Establishment Act, Contract Labour Regulations Act, etc. Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in their approach.
