Job description Undertake the support and maintenance activities to enable monitoring and insights of the technology landscape. Collaborate across all Technology to drive improvement in our ability to effectively utilise monitoring across Technology. Contribute to drive innovation and efficiencies within the Operational Tools Services CoE and Technology more broadly. Contribute to the development of best in class, leading monitoring systems and tooling capability. Participate in, and where required, lead sprints to deploy monitoring tools and services which enable real time monitoring and insight for a Command Centre environment. Provide consulting services to projects to assess, define, and implement fit for purpose and cost-effective monitoring solution and toolsets. What will you bring To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Extensive Experience: Proven expertise in Application Performance Monitoring tools, with a strong focus on deploying and managing Dynatrace and New Relic. Certifications: Dynatrace and/or New Relic certifications are highly desirable. Platform Proficiency: Solid experience with Windows, Solaris, and Linux (RHEL) platforms. Technical Background: Strong background in technical infrastructure, application development, and support, with a preference for Java, DotNet, and Python development. Modern Environments: Exposure to containerized and microservice environments. Cloud DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD technologies. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex problems while prioritizing customer needs.
