Your typical day will involve creating and implementing software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the applications are aligned with business needs and industry best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Design, develop, and test software applications using the Spring Application Framework. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Ensure the applications are scalable, secure, and performant. Troubleshoot and debug issues in the applications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Application Framework. Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications. Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C++. Experience with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Security. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services. Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Spring Application Framework. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
