Distribution Management: Territory planning including frequency of visits, achieving width and depth of distribution. Sales plan: Primary and secondary sales planning to optimize sales and ensuring no stock out. Sales Forecasting: Assess market demand inventory management and promotion planning. Market Coverage: Maximize distribution coverage of the entire territory. Promotion: To plan & implement local promotions and optimize trade promo inputs. Training & Developments: Impart training to sales staff & business associates on product knowledge, market coverage, company plans and objective. Competitive information: tracking and analyzing competitors actions and timely reporting.\ Reports & Records: As per company norms. Good written & oral Communication skill is must. Any other assignment given by management from time to time. As per company's requirement.
