Job description Key Responsibilities: Fabric Tracking and Management Oversee and manage the Fabric Time and Action (TNA) calendar. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely fabric sourcing and delivery. Maintain accurate records of fabric procurement and inventory. Buyer Communication Act as the primary point of contact for buyer correspondence. Ensure clear communication on order status, delivery timelines, and approvals. Address and resolve any buyer concerns in coordination with relevant departments. Production Time & Action (TNA) Management Develop and monitor detailed production calendars. Coordinate across departments to ensure deadlines are met. Proactively flag delays and provide solutions to keep production on track. Wholesale Order Management Manage wholesale orders from placement to delivery. Ensure accuracy in order processing, invoicing, and documentation. Liaise with buyers and internal teams for any changes or special requirements. Coordination with Production and Logistics Work closely with the production team to track order progress. Coordinate with logistics for timely and accurate shipping. Ensure compliance with buyer shipping requirements and documentation standards. Reorder Management (Excel-Based) Maintain and update reorder sheets in Excel. Track reorder levels and initiate timely production cycles. Analyze reorder data to inform future stock planning.
