Job description Role Overview Were seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Bid Writer to support our bidding and proposal efforts. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter eager to build a career in business development and tender management. You will work closely with the Bid Manager to assist in compiling, formatting, and reviewing bid documents, researching opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and submission of bids and proposals. Analyse tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) and identify key requirements. Support the collection, formatting, and organisation of bid response documents. Research client organisations, competitors, and potential partners. Maintain a library of standard documents and templates. Collaborate with technical, commercial, and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong written communication and document formatting skills. A willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior team members. Ability to work with deadlines, manage time effectively, and pay strong attention to detail. A positive, can-do attitude with an eagerness to grow into a senior role.
