Responsible for all OPDs coming through new or old patients/ Calendar book for Doctors. Also to be informed at reception Ensure admission calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner. Needs to sound humble, polite and caring over the calls. Need to convert the leads into admissions. Need to handle and book center visits of families seeking admissions at hospital.
