Experience the power of a game-changing career. #LI-Onsite Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 4-6 years of hands-on data engineering experience, including designing and maintaining data pipelines in a production environment. Technical Skills Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience using data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster, Airflow, etc.). Demonstrable experience with AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, Glue) and Snowflake. Familiarity with dbt for data transformations and modeling. Understanding of ETL/ELT best practices and data warehousing concepts. Experience using source control systems and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills & Leadership Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Experience mentoring junior engineers or contributing to team knowledge sharing. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
