Job description We are hiring for the role of Scrum Master / Project Coordinator. This is a Work From Home (WFH) opportunity. However, we are preferably looking for candidates based in Coimbatore, Trivandrum, or Kochi, for better collaboration and occasional in-person meetings if required. Roles & Responsibilities: Facilitating scrum events (daily stand ups, other meetings) as needed. Capacity planning, User stories estimation, Maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs by working with Product Owner Helping the team continuously make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members progress, and protecting the team from distractions. Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog. Coordinate project activities and deliverables to ensure timely completion of milestones. Analyzing the requirements of the clients and converting them into technical documents as per the specifications Administer JIRA to ensure efficient tracking and management of project tasks and issues. Develop comprehensive test cases based on project requirements. Collaborate with the testing team to ensure thorough test coverage. Requirements: we are preferably looking for candidates based in Coimbatore, Trivandrum, or Kochi, for better collaboration and occasional in-person meetings if required. Exceptional written and verbal communication, and client-serving skills Prefer experience in User Story Creation skilled in JIRA Expereince in UAT Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to deadlines Must be a good team player, good learner, and self-starter Proactive and quick executor Must be self-driven with the ability to manage workload without direct supervision Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree is preferred. Minimum experience of 3 years in scrum and project coordination Good command in English. Experience of working with or leading a team Other Details: Hours of Operation - Australian Time Zone.
