Job description PrimarySkill: Managing clients, cross-selling, and up-selling products andservices, Strong understanding of AI, computer vision, and cybersecurityconcepts, i ncreaserevenue, Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals fromexisting accounts WorkingTimings- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Qualification: Any Graduation Key Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with existing BFSIclients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Handle renewals of our products and services to existingclients. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targetsand increase revenue from existing accounts. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling oursolutions to meet client needs and enhance their experience. - Work closely with the sales and technical teams to delivercustomized solutions and ensure client success. - Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and presentations withclients to maintain strong relationships and address any issues or concerns.Also provide insights and feedback from clients to help improve products and services - Conduct independent product demonstrations, presentations,and consultations. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successfuldelivery of solutions and services. - Monitor and report on account performance and key metricsto management. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapeto identify opportunities for growth. - Lead proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities of oursolutions to clients. - Participate in industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote our solutions and generate leads. - Manage the entire sales process from lead generation toclosing deals, including techno-commercial proposal preparation, negotiation, andcontract management. - Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management,highlighting key metrics, pipeline status, and opportunities for improvement. - Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. xbiz Qualifications: Education & Experience: - Bachelordegree in business, Information Technology, ora related field. - Proven track record of at least 4 years in accountmanagement within the BFSI sector. - Experience in renewals, cross-selling, and up-sellingproducts and services. - Strong understanding of AI, computer vision, andcybersecurity concepts and technologies. Technical Skills & Competencies: - In-depth knowledge of AI, computer vision, andcybersecurity frameworks and standards. - Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g.,Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools MS Excel,PowerPoint, Word. Personal Attributes: - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiationskills. - Ability to understand and articulate complex technicalsolutions to non-technical audiences. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to workindependently and as part of a team. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
