Job description Candidate should have an experience of 3-4 years We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely. Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accounts as needed. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and financial analysis. Prepare financial statements and reports for review by management. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and invoices. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and inquiries. Assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation and explanations. Stay updated on accounting principles and best practices.
