Job description The opportunity The General Ledger Senior Associate plays a key role in the effective management of the general ledger. The purpose of this job is to manage the insurance cost accounting and its reconciliations. Your key responsibilities Insurance cost accounting and reconciliations Manage the application for employee health insurance cost accounting General ledger reconciliations Follow up for the pending invoices and credit notes related to insurance Collaborate and work with other teams such as AP & talent Conduct periodic stake holder connects. Develop new reports as well as redesign the existing reports, identify and initiate automation opportunities. Mentor, guide, train junior analysts and new recruits.
