Job description Lead Sourcing & Prospecting:o Research and identify potential business leads through various channels, such as online databases, social media, industry events, and cold outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc) Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with the company's target customer profile Outbound Outreach:o Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media messages to engage potential leads and introduce the company's products or services Follow up with leads to build interest and schedule meetings for sales representatives or account managers Database Management:o Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of leads and prospects using CRM tools (eg, HubSpot) Track outreach activities, responses, and engagement to improve lead generation strategies Collaboration with Sales Team:o Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further nurturing and closing Provide the sales team with detailed information about leads and prospects to support the sales process .
