Job description Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through OEMs and other stakeholders in the automotive industry for bus seats and railway seats . Identify potential customers and build relationships to drive sales growth. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for new market development and expansion. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management. Desired Candidate Profile 12-20 years of experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably in the automobile seat industry. Strong understanding of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) processes and regulations. Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities and growing existing ones.
