Job description Job Description: Work with Product team members to define proper settings and configurations for requested functional requirements Provide NetSuite functional support for L2+ support issues. Communicate and interact with technical team and business teams to resolve functional issues that arise Deliver ad hoc requests from users (saved searches, reports, lookup record setups, etc.) Collaborate with scrum team to define configuration elements of solutions (vs. code) Provisioning / deprovision users, applying strict processes and approval procedures for access control Facilitate QA and UAT test processes, providing access and/or functional assistance where required Document and deploy configuration changes from environment to environment (release) Ensure proper training is given to the end-users and that the new system is usable, performing appropriately and the business flow is complete and correct. Qualification/ Experience: Required: 3 or more years professional working experience in an information technology role with at least 1 as a functional consultant or NetSuite Admin role configuring all aspects of NetSuite Expert understanding of NetSuite security model and implementing role-based user access controls Demonstrable expertise setting up Saved Searches, Reports, Workflows, Data Import/Export Broad familiarity with various NetSuite functional areas (order management, warehouse/inventory management, manufacturing, AR/AP, CRM) Experience working in a change-controlled environment, following a defined SDLC Excellent written and solid verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills with a tenacious mindset Strong sense of ownership (self-starting solution seeker, motivated to know everything in their domain) Preferred: Bachelor s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics-related field Expert-level understanding of NetSuite Advanced PDF template markup Experience directly supporting NetSuite end-users Understanding of common back office business processes Understanding of GAAP accounting practices Familiarity Celigo or other similar integration platforms Working knowledge of Scrum methodology Proficiency with Jira, MS Office Our Offerings for Employee Benefits Health Insurance for Employee+Spouse+Two Children+Parents GPA - For Employee Hybrid working Compliance - PF and Gratuity Role: Technical Lead Industry Type: E-Learning / EdTech Department: Engineering - Software & QA Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Software Development Education UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate Key Skills Order managementProduct managementBack officeCMSScrumMS OfficeJIRAInformation technologySDLCCRM
