Job description We are looking for a seasoned Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with 8+ years of relevant experience across key HCM modules including Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and ORC (Recruiting Cloud). The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge in HR functions and be adept at delivering scalable, end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and ORC. Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions. Configure modules based on business requirements, test solutions, and provide user training and support. Handle quarterly updates and patch testing for applicable modules. Work closely with the technical team for reports, integrations, and data conversions. Troubleshoot issues, resolve system defects, and manage change requests. Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and test scripts. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with proven expertise in at least four of the following modules: Fusion HCM Payroll Fusion HCM Compensation Fusion HCM Benefits Fusion HCM Learning Fusion HCM ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices. Prior experience with full lifecycle implementations and post-production support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or B.Sc with a minimum of 70% academic score. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
