Job description 1. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial requirements and providing tailored loan solutions. 2. Loan Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of clients, reviewing financial statements, and credit reports to make lending decisions. 3. Loan Structuring: Structure loan deals that meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring they align with the NBFC's risk appetite and profitability goals. 4. Loan Portfolio Growth: Work on expanding the personal loan portfolio, acquiring new clients, and cross-selling other financial products and services. 5. Compliance: Ensure that all lending practices adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures. 6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competition to identify opportunities for personal loan growth. 7.
