Job description Job Description Area Sales Manager We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue. This is a Feet-on-Street role with a strong incentive structure based on conversions. You will be expected to sell FH highly rated properties to admins and travel desks of corporates by arranging Walk-Ins and in-person meetings. Other key expectations from you: Proactively identify, solicit, and close new business opportunities in target markets (corporate, travel trade and travel agencies etc.). Sell FH highly rated properties to corporate admins and travel desks through direct meetings and Walk-Ins. Conduct field visits, cold calls, site inspections, and client meetings to present the hotel's offerings. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients. Maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM and provide regular sales reports to management. Willingness to engage top management and CXOs to drive product deployment. Identifying potential customers and developing new business opportunities. Convert new customers and grow the existing ones effectively. Manage & drive the growth & margin targets for respective geography Hunger to build a million-dollar portfolio in 12 months from zero. Identify relevant and most profitable leads and win them as your customer for life. Acquiring new customers and beating revenue targets. Your Experience and Skills: Analytical Skills: Utilizing your strong analytical abilities to drive strategic decisions and achieve sales targets. Sales Experience: Demonstrating a proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding set targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, with a strong "feet-on-street" approach and ability to close deals on the ground Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
