Job description Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in the Salesforce ecosystem to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations and possess expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. This role will involve supporting the Symphony team with stabilization efforts and project work, ensuring seamless delivery and optimal performance. Role & responsibilities: Leverage 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business needs. Configure Salesforce.com, including managing users, setting up complex security and sharing models, and creating reports and dashboards. Develop and maintain custom integrations using Apex SOAP and REST web services. Utilize advanced Salesforce development skills, including Apex, LWC, and Sales Cloud, to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stabilize existing systems and contribute to ongoing project work. Apply extensive knowledge of Salesforce delivery processes to ensure successful end-to-end implementation. Manage code base effectively using version control systems and adhere to best practices in software development. Preferred candidate profile: 7+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. Expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration technologies. Strong Salesforce.com configuration skills, including user management, security models, and reporting/dashboard creation. Proven experience with Apex SOAP and REST web services for building custom integrations. Demonstrated ability to deliver Salesforce solutions from concept to implementation. Proficiency in version control systems and code base management. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
