Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services to existing customers based on their needs analysis. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations to understand their goals and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. Analyze churn data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer life cycle management process.
