Job description The Data Scientist Generative AI & NLP Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and solutions that meet our business needs. With 4+ years of hands-on Data Science experience and at least 2+ years working in Generative AI, you will bring specialized expertise in LLMs and NLP. Project experience in NLP is a must, and experience in developing AI Agents will be considered a strong plus. This role suits a creative, analytical, and proactive individual focused on pushing the capabilities of AI within our projects. Primary Skill Develop and implement AI models focused on NLP taskssuch as text classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and language generation. Leverage deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, fine-tune, and deploy high-impact solutions across various business domains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product managers, and domain experts) to define problem statements, build robust data pipelines, and integrate models into production systems. Stay current with advancements in Generative AI and NLP; research and evaluate new methodologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Build, test, and optimize AI agents for automated tasks and enhanced user experiences where applicable.
