Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.- Experience with application coding and testing across various platforms.- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues effectively.- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
