Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and optimization.- Experience in designing and implementing personalized customer experiences.- Knowledge of data analytics and customer segmentation techniques.- Hands-on experience in integrating Adobe Journey Optimizer with other marketing tools.
