Ltd (SEAS) which has 2 divisions Job Title / Designation: TELECALLER Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to our current and potential. As a telecaller representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers for closing the deals and resolving the queries of the current customers. Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to current and prospective customers to encourage the purchase of products, and services or gather information. Taking inbound and mixed calls, responding to queries, and documenting activity in the CRM. Achieving daily or weekly call targets as set by the organisation Making 100-150 calls per day Explain the features and benefits of the products and services to a prospect. Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information Pitch the services directly to the potential customers Store and update the customer information in the database Additional Requirements: Must have completed minimum 12th Priorly experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues. Ability to switch the communication style based on social cues and conversational hints Should have good Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
