Job Overview - AIQoD (Roots Innovation Labs Pvt Ltd) is looking to onboard a Marketing Specialist / Marketing Lead with a passion for driving impactful marketing strategies and a strong command of digital tools and trends. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing efforts across various channels to enhance brand presence and generate qualified leads. As a growing tech-driven company, we understand the power of digital marketing in amplifying our services, and we're seeking someone who can harness that power with creativity and precision. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and technology, and confident in managing activities across market research, social media content creation, lead generation, and campaign execution. You should be comfortable taking ownership of marketing initiatives and collaborating across teams to align messaging and drive results. Role & Responsibilities - Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching) Develop and execute marketing strategies for Gen AI-powered products and features. Develop product messaging that clearly explains how our Gen AI solutions solve real-world problems across industries and roles Track trends and monitor competition Stay updated with AI trends, competitors, and customer needs to fine-tune positioning and strategy. Managing marketing budget and calculating the ROI of the company's actions. Analyze metrics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize continuously for better ROI. Lead Generation Lead creation of high-impact content blogs, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, video scripts, and social media that resonate with a technical and business audience. Create and promote thought leadership content around responsible AI, model transparency, and ethical use of Gen AI. Creative Content writing for Social Media postings, webinars, Social Media Campaigns, Blogs, Articles, etc. Educate diverse audiences (technical, business, and non-technical) on the fundamentals, use cases, and benefits of Generative AI through engaging and easy-to-understand content. Branding and promotion of the products through events & Digital Marketing activities on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Working closely with sales and other teams to accelerate the sales cycle and implement strategies Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement and SEO Communicate with target audiences and build customer relationships. Brainstorm and contribute to Strategies like Product Features. Business Proposals building Coordinating with the Support team for Product Assistance and enhance customer satisfaction Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to support business development Preferred candidate profile - Bachelor's or Post-Graduate degree in Marketing / Business / Communications, or a related field; MBA (Sales / Marketing) is preferred. 0 to 3 years of relevant internship or professional experience in marketing.
