Job description Sales Manager We are hiring! Need Senior Sales Manager for our company. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Take the lead in handling Sales Operations Supervising activities performed by Junior Sales team. Responsibility include to maximize the potential of sales team, establish sales plans and justify Ensuring Sales targets are achieved. Generating sales leads. Managing key accounts and managing key competitors sales activities. Setting Sales Goals. Motivating team players. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on sales techniques and best practices. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Skills Required: Good Communication Skills Willing to work under pressure Must be willing to relocate or travel when required. Post harvest agricultural machinery sales experience preferred.
