Job description 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat. 2. Perform remote troubleshooting, diagnose, and resolve technical issues. 3. Provide accurate information on IT products or services. 4. Record events, problems, and resolutions in logs. 5. Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved. 6. Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
