Job description Identify prospective clients through cold calling, referrals, site walk-ins, and digital inquiries. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and RERA documentation to clients. Conduct site visits and ensure the client has a seamless and informative experience. Build relationships with clients to understand their property requirements and offer suitable options. Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and legal teams for booking, documentation, and post-sales services. Engage with channel partners (CPs), brokers, and real estate consultants for lead generation. Maintain records of enquiries, site visits, follow-ups, bookings, and payments. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
