Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in product design, with expertise in Figma, Sketch, SaaS, and a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to deliver impactful projects. Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Establish and evolve design principles, interaction patterns, and design tokens to ensure consistency across products. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs. Act as a design advocate within the organization, contributing to the growth of the design culture. Develop scalable, reusable design solutions for complex systems. Work independently or collaboratively to deliver innovative design solutions. Job Requirements Strong background in UX design with a portfolio that showcases the ability to deliver impactful projects. Experience in building or maintaining a design system for multi-component, multi-platform products. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven experience with Interaction/Motion Design is a plus. Basic knowledge of web accessibility guidelines, fintech processes, and KYC (Know Your Customer) is beneficial.
