Need to have: Bachelors degree required. Degree in English, Technical Communications, Professional Writing, or Journalism preferred. 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Madcap Flare to create, manage, and publish documentation. Hands on experience with Microsoft Word, SharePoint, SnagIT, JIRA, and Confluence. Experience creating technical documentation in an Agile environment. Proficient at writing content in U.S. English. Nicet to have: Experience writing user interface text and application screen content. Related banking industry experience in platforms, banking applications, payments, or online financial solutions.
