Description Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of IT support, infrastructure, and system administration. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. Support end-users with troubleshooting technical issues (hardware, software, network). Help monitor and maintain IT systems and networks. Assist in managing IT inventory (e.g., devices, software licenses). Document IT processes, procedures, and support cases. Perform regular updates and backups under supervision. Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux environments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
